I ordered this from Target. I took it out of the box and was shocked to discover NO plastic covers around the brush heads! I have never seen an electric toothbrush without plastic heads around the brush, to protect it. So if I accidentally drop
it on the floor, everything gross and dirty gets right on the brush. This is like designing a car without a seatbelt. I’m seriously just dumbstruck that this company would make such a useless product. It’s a real shame since the product is so pretty, but nope. Fail.
They tell me that the toothbrush works better than their previous electric toothbrush in that they can feel it is rotating/vibrating more and their teeth feel more clean after. :)

I got the pink and I love it. One little suggestion I would make is to darken the writing, it's difficult to read on such a soft color.
This is by far the longest toothbrush I have ever seen. It has a brighter function for whitening teeth. That is a plus. The charge for this toothbrush lasts sixty days if using it for two minutes twice a day. After this, it must be fully charged using the USB cord that comes with it.The toothbrush is easy to use and comes with two spare brushes. The brushes are very soft like those used for children, and may be challenging for those who like firmer ones.The quality of the brush is much like those found for a lower price in department stores. However, to its credit, this brush does have some nice features. It has five different modes: Clean, refresh, white, gum care, and sensitive. Each one of the modes is designed for different shades or quality of teeth.
