1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@mysmilesteeth.com along with your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping

We offer free returns in the USA only. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will provide further instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 business days.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced and sale items may be refunded. Final sale items are non-refundable.

6. Free Gift Promotion Return

Customers who qualified for free gifts with a purchase of $20 or more must return the entire order, including the purchased item and the free gift(s), to be eligible for a refund. If only the purchased item is returned, the value of the free gift(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
