I work in the dentistry field, and I would recommend these for younger people (teens) wanting to brighten their smile or someone just needing a slight freshening up. These strips contain only 6% peroxide just like the Crest Classic strips. They should cause minimal sensitivity (if any at all) due to the low percentage. They will work very slowly, so if you want a BIG change FAST these are not for you. The Crest Classic strips are sold in a pack of ten treatments for $20 not on sale ($2 a treatment). These MySmile strips are sold in a box of 14 treatments for $25 ($1.79 a treatment) so they are comparable. The adhesive works well and the strips stick to the teeth without sliding around.

Now I stick to one a day and see a change every day. I compared the ingredients to the more popular crest strips, and they are the same. The results were comparable as well. Most of all, they didn’t leave your teeth super sensitive it’ll take a few applications to reach optimal whiteness. And these whitening strips have strong sticking power to your teeth.

I'm not a coffee drinker but am a tea lover. I've never had a need for whiteners and people often compliment at how my teeth are white. But I thought I'd try this whitener anyways.The whitener is not bad. It's easy to apply and take off. I didn't see the gummy stuff on the first time use but I did notice it on the second time use and on. It had a slight minty taste but it didn't bother me. The gummy stuff was easy to wash off.Since I've never used a whitener before I'm not sure how often I'm supposed to use them, daily, every week, bi-weekly, etc. so I've only been using it once a week. I was afraid of my teeth becoming too sensitive from overuse. That would probably explain why I haven't really seen any difference. I will try to use the rest of them on a daily basis and see if I can notice a difference.

When I used these, I found them easy to put on. The directions for application was simple. The box comes with 2 sets of 14 applications each and the instructions are not very clear as to whether a "cycle" was the 14 or the full 28. For me, the initial taste wasn't awful; however, it does have that slimy feel while they are in your mouth (from 30 minutes to an hour). That rinses off easily once you take the strips off your teeth. There was a slight difference after the first application and after 3 days, the whiteness was much brighter. Great value!
