The kit has supplies enough for seven treatments for both upper and lower teeth. The trays are easy to use and stick to the teeth nicely during the entire treatment each time. I don't use them consecutively and instead, I use them twice a week. So far after two treatments, my teeth are noticeably whiter than before.
